Qualifications

• AutoCAD Civil 3D and Deltek Ajera experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from planning through permitting and construction.
• Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, roadway, utility, and site development work.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability.
• Review engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with municipalities and regulators.
• Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.
