Pinnacle Engineering Group seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead design through delivery, ensuring quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction. You’ll mentor teams, manage resources, contracts, and risk, aligning outcomes with firm standards and obligations.

You’ll drive multidisciplinary civil projects, maintain client engagement, and guide project decisions while upholding safety and professional codes.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of engineering project management experience.
• Experience acting in responsible charge of engineering projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading complex civil projects and managing budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering design, delivery, and firm commitments.
• Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and drive proposals.
• Define scope, schedules, staffing, and budgets.
• Coordinate design, plan production, and delivery timelines.
• Own project QC/QA and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical oversight and direction to teams.
• Develop client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead contract negotiations and scope changes.
• Manage financials, risk, and profitability.
• Coordinate project communications across teams.
• Mentor engineers and staff across the firm.
• Ensure work adheres to company standards and safety.
