AtkinsRéalis seeks aSenior Project Manager in Central Texas to lead roadway design teams on diverse projects and drive client interactions, planning and budget control. You will mentor staff, manage contracts with consultants and ensure compliance with terms while coordinating with senior management.

The role requires a strong background in civil engineering, extensive PM experience, and TX licensure, with opportunities for growth across programmatic activities in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience.
• TxDOT highway/roadway design experience is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of procured transportation projects, directing engineering design and coordinating with design staff and client teams.
• Schedule and chair project meetings with the project team, regulators, clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and manhours; manage production to meet schedule and budget.
