RailPros is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead civil design tasks and manage projects across the United States. The role requires extensive experience in transit, drainage, H&H, and PS&E development for civil projects.

You will guide design teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget are met. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and a track record in cross-disciplinary coordination, with opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• 15 years minimum experience in general civil engineering design including roadway, drainage, earthwork, H&H, construction plans, specs and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major project team or several project teams.
• Oversee and analyze the financial performance of client accounts and projects.
• Engage in project reviews to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
