Job summary

RailPros is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead civil design tasks and projects across the United States. You will guide teams in transit, drainage, and utilities, and develop PS&E packages for civil projects. The role requires substantial civil engineering experience and leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Strong communication, proposal writing, and a track record of mentoring junior engineers are valued. PE license and Master’s degree are preferred; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering design including roadway, drainage, earthwork, H&H, specs and estimates.
• Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines and field/construction support.
• Strong technical writing and design standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major project team or several project teams within RailPros.
• Oversee financial performance of client accounts and projects.
• Participate in project reviews to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
