RailPros, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead civil design tasks and projects. The role emphasizes independent leadership across transit/rail projects, hydrology, hydraulics, and PS&E development for civil works across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have ABET/EAC accredited degree, 15+ years in civil engineering design, and proven ability to mentor teams while coordinating with multiple disciplines. Travel willingness and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering design including roadway, drainage, earthwork, H&H, construction plans, specs and estimates.
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Proficient in technical writing with multiple formats of specifications.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; familiarity with MicroStation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a major project team or several moderate sized project teams.
• Oversee and analyze the financial performance of client accounts and projects.
• Actively engage in project reviews to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
