Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale civil construction projects in the Tampa, FL area. The role oversees pre-construction through closeout, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and field operations to ensure safe, on-time delivery of high-quality infrastructure.

Responsibilities include directing project teams, managing contracts and permits, monitoring KPIs and financials, and maintaining client and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering preferred, but not required
• Experience managing civil site projects (residential, municipal, commercial, mixed-use)
• Experience overseeing plans, schedules, and procurement strategies
• Knowledge of safety regulations and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing project documentation (contracts, permits, drawings, change orders)
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead project meetings
• Ability to report progress on schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams, promoting accountability and high performance
• Lead full lifecycle management of civil site projects for public and private clients
• Oversee planning, execution, and coordination to meet schedules and budgets
• Manage subcontractor selection and performance based on qualifications and cost

• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, change orders
• Conduct and lead project meetings to resolve issues
