Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale civil construction projects in the Tampa, FL area. The role oversees pre-construction through closeout, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and field operations to ensure safe, on-time delivery of high-quality infrastructure.

Responsibilities include directing project teams, managing contracts and permits, monitoring KPIs and financials, and maintaining client and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering preferred, but not required
• Experience managing civil site projects (residential, municipal, commercial, mixed-use)
• Experience overseeing plans, schedules, and procurement strategies
• Knowledge of safety regulations and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing project documentation (contracts, permits, drawings, change orders)
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead project meetings
• Ability to report progress on schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing construction operations to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules
• Strong background in contractor and subcontractor selection based on qualifications, experience, and cost efficiency
• Ability to track project performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Knowledge of safety regulations and regulatory compliance, with a strong commitment to maintaining safe job sites
• Experience managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders
• Strong communication skills with experience leading project meetings and resolving field and project challenges
• Ability to provide clear and consistent reporting on project status, including schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones
• Demonstrated ability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
• Experience evaluating project performance and implementing process improvements
