Clark Construction Group is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to drive day-to-day management of complex construction projects in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the project team, secure permits, manage contracts and changes, and ensure milestones and safety standards are met.

You will collaborate with senior PMs, engineers, and owners to align on plans, risks, and financials while steering the project toward successful turnover and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Undergrad or grad degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience required; GC on large projects preferred.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Understanding of strategic, operational and financial aspects of a project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead activities related to contract administration, changes, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure permits and verify subcontractor insurance.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead project close-out, turnover of manuals, warranties, and final payment docs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
• Drive safety culture on the project site.
