Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team. The role drives schedule/budget adherence, leads a skilled civil engineering team, and coordinates with owners, architects and external partners across multiple projects.

The position requires extensive experience in land development, strong CAD/Civil 3D skills, and the ability to manage resources and deliverables across project lifecycles. Travel across the United States is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Eight years total experience with four years as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; other disciplines considered at management's discretion.
• This role requires travel to projects across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development civil projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Lead civil teams to produce plan sets and oversee QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate with Owners/Architects and external team members.
• Oversee internal support teams and manage resources and timelines.
• Administer construction services including RFI responses and site meetings.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and qualification packages.
