AKRF, Inc. in High Bridge, NJ is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead the Engineering Department and shape the strategic direction of the company.

You will oversee key business functions, manage client relationships, and drive growth while collaborating with executives to ensure delivery of high-quality consulting services. Responsibilities include leading design and production of land development and infrastructure deliverables, QA/QC, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• BSCE required.
• 15+ years of experience.
• NJ PE required.
• Experience managing multiple projects and overseeing staff.
• Public hearing presentations experience.
• Experience delivering design projects in NJ.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Independent yet collaborative work style.
• Superior attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to manage technical and financial elements of a project.

• Oversee NJ-based team work and provide leadership to professionals and technical staff.
