Job summary

This role provides strategic leadership across all phases of project execution, including financial management, scheduling, procurement, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple heavy civil construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking capabilities.
• Experience with CMiC, Procore, and related PM tools.
• Proven leadership and client relationship development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget across projects.
• Coordinate with design, field teams, and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and project forecasts; manage change control.
