• Minimum 10+ years of progressive heavy civil project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex highway projects with strong cost, schedule, and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for complex heavy civil and highway projects.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost controls, quantities, and change management.
• Coordinate and document utility relocations and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure project documentation, meetings, and closeout activities are completed accurately.
