Job description

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities/Skills

• Lead technical site design and field inspection activities across projects from concept through construction
• Manage projects, including scope, schedule, coordination, and delivery of engineering solutions
• Design site grading, roadway systems, and utility infrastructure
• Develop stormwater management, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and pump station designs
• Coordinate and prepare permit applications with regulatory agencies
• Serve as a primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, networking, and identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and project stakeholders
• Mentor and train junior engineers, supporting their technical development
• Lead project teams and overseeing design efforts
• Demonstrate strong reliability, accountability, and long-term commitment to organizational growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
• Eight to ten + years progressive experience in civil engineering design with a focus on project management and leadership
• Strategic thinker
