Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating excavation, sitework, utilities and related civil work.
• Proficient with Bid-To-Win, HeavyBid, AutoCAD, AGTEK and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Analyze drawings, specs and docs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Orchestrate estimating and bid processes for civil projects.
• Identify labor, materials and time via plans and proposals.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Prepare bid packages and present estimates to senior management.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when needed.
• Provide value engineering recommendations.
• Maintain historical cost data and develop estimating templates.
