Job summary

Kwest Group in the United States is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction to lead multiple concurrent projects, estimate bids, and manage safety, quality, and client satisfaction for profitability.

Based in one of Kwest Group's offices, you will report to the Senior Project Manager, coordinate with field crews and suppliers, travel as needed, and drive collaboration and excellence across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil/site construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid & Heavy Job, AGTEK, Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in bid preparation with the Senior Project Manager and addressing constructability issues.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for proposals.
• Solicit subs and material pricing for project bids.
• Coordinate with Senior PM, Field Operations, and Equipment to allocate resources.
