Job summary

Kwest Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple energy-sector projects and ensure safe, high-quality, and profitable execution. You will estimate, plan, and manage bids and field resources alongside the Senior Project Manager.

This role requires 5+ years of heavy civil/site experience, a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and willingness to travel 50–55 hours weekly; you will lead teams, review plans, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry heavy civil/site work construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent field experience in Civil Construction.
• Must be a self-starter with collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to think outside the box.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bid preparation with senior project manager regarding constructability issues.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for proposals.
• Solicit material and subcontractor pricing for resources required for project bids.
• Coordinate with Senior Project Manager, Field Operations, and Equipment Department to manage resources on projects.
• Represent company professionally at pre-bid meetings and project meetings.
• Travel to project sites to direct/assist Superintendents/Foremen as needed.
• Lead relationships and trust with customers internal and external to foster growth.
• Review plans, specifications, addenda, and other bid documents.
