Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Southern California seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil infrastructure projects from startup through final completion. You will own safety, schedule, cost, and client relationships while directing field teams and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes self-performing capabilities across utilities, earthwork, grading, paving, and concrete, with a focus on delivering projects safely, profitably, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive heavy civil construction experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience on heavy civil infrastructure.
• Experience with self-performing heavy civil contractor.
• Experience delivering CA public works, transportation, railroad, or utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project financial performance including budget, revenue, margin, cash flow.
• Develop cost-to-complete forecasts and monthly projections.
• Manage self-perform scopes like utilities, earthwork, grading, asphalt, and concrete.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and field teams; review plans and specs.
