Job summary

Kwest Group is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction to oversee multiple projects, optimize bids, and lead cross‑functional teams. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and ensure project profitability, safety, and quality across assigned sites.

The role demands a minimum of 5+ years in heavy civil project management, with proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid/Heavy Job and related software, plus willingness to travel and work at office sites in Ohio and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry heavy civil/site work construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent field experience.
• Is proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid & Heavy Job, AGTEK, as well as MS Excel and Bluebeam/Plan Swift.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and provide project management for multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare and review bids with senior project manager and estimator.
• Coordinate with field operations, equipment department and subcontractors.
• Manage contract documents from award to close-out and ensure safety, quality, and customer service.
• Travel to project sites and Kwest Group offices as needed to support project delivery.
• Review cost reports and ensure timely financials and profit targets.
