Kwest Group is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction in the Midwest U.S. to lead multiple concurrent projects with focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

The PM will estimate, bid, plan, coordinate field operations, and report to Senior Project Manager. Travel to sites and offices will be required; work is based in one of Kwest Group's offices within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil/site construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid & Heavy Job; MS Excel and Bluebeam/Plan Swift.

Responsabilités

• Estimate and manage multiple concurrent heavy civil projects.
• Prepare bids with senior PM and manage project resources.
• Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and field operations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer service on site.
• Travel to project sites and offices as needed.
