Job summary

Kwest Group is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction to oversee estimating and project management, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability across multiple projects. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and is based in one of Kwest Group’s offices.

Responsibilities include bid support, cost control, scheduling, and collaboration with field teams, with frequent travel to project sites and offices as needed to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

5+ years of industry heavy civil/site construction project management experience.
Proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job; AGTEK; MS Excel; Bluebeam/Plan Swift.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Must be willing to travel as needed to various project sites and offices.

Responsibilities

Assist in bid preparation with Senior Project Manager regarding constructability issues.
Prepare quantity take-offs for proposals and pricing.
Solicit material and subcontractor pricing for projects.
Coordinate with operations and equipment departments to allocate resources.
Represent the company professionally at pre-bid and project meetings.
Travel to project sites and offices as required to support projects.
