Job summary

WW Clyde is seeking a Senior Project Manager for heavy civil concrete structures in Arizona. You will lead the full lifecycle of complex structural commercial and civil concrete projects, driving profitability, building high-performing teams, and aligning regional operations with strategic goals.

This role serves as a launchpad into Area Manager-level leadership within 12 months, with opportunities to oversee multiple projects, teams, and regional operations while delivering safely, on schedule,

Qualifications

• Six+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in PM for structural/concrete projects.
• Experience casting-in-place concrete, foundations, vertical builds, and sequencing.
• Proficiency in scheduling and project-finance management with builders coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of structural concrete projects.
• Own project financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Mentor and develop project teams, including field leaders.
• Manage subcontractors and materials related to concrete scopes.
• Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Champion safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Ensure quality control of concrete work and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and clients on specs and sequencing.
• Prepare for Area Manager responsibilities and regional strategy.
