Job summary

WW Clyde in Arizona is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural concrete projects, including cast-in-place structures and DOT work. You will manage planning, budgeting, safety, and quality while developing high-performing teams and guiding project profitability.

This role offers a fast track to Area Manager within 12 months for top performers, with additional responsibilities in regional operations and cross-functional coordination with owners, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in structural/concrete PM.
• Experience with cast-in-place concrete, foundations, vertical builds.
• Proficient in scheduling and PM tools; strong financial acumen.
• Proven leadership of field teams and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of structural concrete projects.
• Own project financial performance including budgeting and cost control.
• Mentor and develop project teams including superintendents.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee contract administration and change orders.
• Prepare for transition into Area Manager responsibilities.
