WW Clyde is seeking an Area Manager for Transportation (Civil Roadway and Development) in Arizona to oversee Transportation operations in the Southwest Division. You will provide leadership, strategic guidance, and drive achievement of short- and long-term goals in collaboration with the Division Manager.

You will lead area planning, mentor staff, manage contract finances, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and advancing regional growth.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in large earthwork construction, finance, and management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar contracts and oversee operations and client relations.
• Innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tact and influence.
• Strong business acumen and ownership mentality.
• Willingness to travel.
