Job summary

WW Clyde is hiring a Project Manager for a large commercial heavy civil project in Colorado. You will provide administrative and technical direction, overseeing earthwork and utilities, with direct responsibility for project success from planning through execution.

The role demands 5+ years of construction PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and effective leadership to guide field teams and coordinate with clients and design professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant, progressive construction project management experience on public, commercial, and/or residential infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management including documentation, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, dispute resolution, personnel management, and resource scheduling.
• Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the project vision and core values.
• Plan, organize and staff key field positions through regional leaders and managers.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with client and A/E contacts to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor and control construction to keep schedule and budget; implement corrective actions.
• Represent the company in project meetings and strategy discussions.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and relationships.
• Supervise on-site Project Managers as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Work on project site on all working days.
