Job summary

Ardelle Associates, a veteran-owned firm, seeks a Senior Civil Paralegal to support DOJ USAO in Albuquerque, NM. The role emphasizes comprehensive paralegal support to AUSAs in civil enforcement, ACE investigations, document management, and trial preparation.

You will leverage electronic discovery tools, court filings, and data analysis while coordinating with law enforcement and counsel. Travel may be required for cases or trainings.

Qualifications

• Two years of education in a related field (paralegal studies, criminal justice, or law).
• One year of specialized experience supporting AUSAs in civil enforcement or litigation.
• Experience with electronic discovery, legal research, and court filings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support to AUSAs in ACE cases and civil enforcement proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and utilize e-discovery tools to prepare case materials.
• Read, annotate, summarize documents, and prepare case binders and essential filings.
• Draft court filings, memoranda, subpoenas and review court records for accuracy.
• Assist in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation with exhibit preparation and presentation.
• Manage large volumes of records, organize data, and summarize responses for attorneys.
