Qualifications

Requires at least two years of litigation paralegal experience.
Requires familiarity with federal/state court systems and legal research procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and knowledge of LEXIS/Westlaw.
Hands-on experience with document management, eDiscovery, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Supports litigation teams under supervision, drafts simple memoranda and correspondence.
Prepares indictments, warrants, subpoenas, motions, and court documents with guidance.
Manages case files, discovery materials, and trial exhibits; coordinates with investigators and offices.
Performs legal research, validates citations, and ensures compliance with court rules.
Files documents electronically (CM/ECF) and maintains case management data.
Assists attorneys with trial prep, witness notebooks, and jury instructions.
