You will independently manage matters, develop strategy, advise clients, and handle complex disputes with limited supervision. The practice covers business, real estate, construction, contract, employment, defamation, property, and other

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Independent management of civil litigation matters.
• Experience in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Civil procedure, discovery, and motion practice knowledge.
• Ability to mentor junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage civil litigation from intake to resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy based on client objectives and risk.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery, experts, and case investigation.
• Represent clients at hearings and settlements.
• Prepare matters for trial and participate in proceedings.
• Mentor junior attorneys in litigation strategy.
• Communicate with clients regularly.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
