BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney in Austin, Texas to manage civil personal injury matters from intake through resolution. The attorney will handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, and trial preparation while upholding high ethical standards.

The role requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Texas bar membership, with a minimum of five years in civil litigation and demonstrated

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas bar membership.
• Minimum 5+ years of civil litigation experience involving personal injury matters.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil personal injury caseload from intake to resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement demands, and other court filings.
• Prepare for and take or defend depositions; prep witnesses and preserve testimony for trial.
• Develop case strategy including liability and damages analysis and settlement positions.
• Represent clients at mediations and in court proceedings; negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurers, and third parties.
