Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents.
• Analyze issues and develop case strategies with senior attorneys.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Ensure timely progression of assigned cases.
