Civil Estimator position at a Tampa area civil construction company seeking an experienced estimator with 5+ years in civil estimating. You will develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time, oversee quantity takeoffs, and align with project schedules. Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Civil Estimating
• Ability to develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment and time requirements
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred
