Job summary

gpac LLC. is representing a Civil Construction Company near Tampa, Florida seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join the team. The candidate will develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment and time, and oversee quantity takeoffs and pricing. Relocation assistance is available.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil estimating, with strong understanding of project logistics and scheduling. Preference for experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil estimating with a stable work history.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment and time.
• Prepare or oversee quantity takeoffs and pricing.
• Understand project logistics and scheduling; preferred HCSS HeavyBid/Bluebeam/Agtek/B2W.
