Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Estimating.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and pricing for civil projects.
• Develop and assemble complete estimates of materials, labor, equipment and time.
• Analyze project logistics and schedule to ensure timely bids.
• Apply established pricing to avoid over- or under-bid scenarios.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with scope and specs.
