gpac LLC. Civil Construction is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator for Florida projects near Tampa. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in civil estimating and can develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment and time.

Relocation assistance available. Familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Civil Estimating.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred.
