Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join a Civil Construction Company near Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will estimate roadways, sitework, earthwork, underground utilities, paving and related activities.

Responsibilities include developing estimates for materials, labor, equipment and time, preparing quantity takeoffs and pricing, and understanding project logistics and scheduling. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil estimating.
• Experience estimating roadways, sitework, earthwork, underground utilities, paving.
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule.

• 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Estimating
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred
