The role requires strong experience in estimating quantities, materials, labor, and equipment, with proficiency in related software tools. The ideal candidate will manage takeoffs, pricing, and scheduling considerations, contributing to project logistics and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil estimating.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Ability to understand project logistics and schedules.
• Familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid or similar tools preferred.
