Job summary

SES Constructors LLC is seeking a Lead Estimator to join our civil construction practice. This remote role requires EST or CST presence with occasional travel, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will develop self-perform heavy civil estimates from plans, specs, and scopes, leading a team through complex procurement and risk analysis. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil estimating, a CM or civil engineering degree, and hands-on experience with Bid2Win or HCSS Heavy Bid,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience estimating federal projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce self-perform heavy civil cost estimates based on project size and scope.
• Provide quantity takeoffs for materials and costs.
• Source and analyze subcontractor quotes for best value.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with field and office teams during estimation.
• Meet milestone reviews to support timely submission.
