Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license in California is required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in civil engineering focused on public works.
• Experience managing roadway, street, parkway, or capital improvement projects for public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee public works and civil infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients including city engineers and municipal stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee design production including plan development, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Review and approve technical documents such as plans, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
