Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE) to lead land development and site design projects across diverse sectors. The role requires supervising engineering staff, coordinating with clients and consultants, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, a valid PE license, and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 6 years of civil engineering and site design experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution and oversee all phases of land development and site design.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering professional development within the team.
• Conduct and review engineering work, troubleshoot design and technical issues, and ensure QA/QC standards.
• Prepare feasibility reports, cost estimates, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, invoicing, and overall profitability.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and team development initiatives as needed.
