You will lead design engineers across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency while collaborating with the Director of Engineering to deliver successful outcomes.

The candidate brings 5+ years in civil engineering with public infrastructure design, a California PE license, and strong skills in Civil 3D and site design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years civil engineering experience with public infrastructure design.
• California PE License required.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead design efforts for grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Prepare/review plans, calculations, and reports for public works/private development sites.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee technical staff.
• QA/QC and Engineer of Record responsibilities.
