The position serves as the lead on project controls and coordination across day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has 1 year of project controls or PM experience and 5+ years in surveying, with strong communication and proficiency in Leica/AutoCAD tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of project controls or project management experience.
• 5+ years of surveying experience.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Project Management systems.
• Proficiency in Leica survey equipment operations.
• Understanding of AutoCAD Civil3D databases and data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive attitude.
• Ability to move on construction sites and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project controls and operations.
• Oversee client reporting, forecasts, accruals, and QA/QC.
• Serve as primary billing/reporting contact for clients.
• Coordinate invoicing with subcontractors.
• Perform QA/QC on HBK survey work for quality standards.
• Review survey work for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team, clients, and stakeholders.
