WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to join its Facilities group in Boise, ID or Austin, TX. You will lead site civil design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage permitting and construction phases for complex facility projects.

The role emphasizes ownership, mentorship from senior engineers, and growth within a global firm, with a strong focus on quality and client service.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 7–10 years civil engineering experience.
• Ability to apply engineering principles with independent judgment.
• Experience in land development, municipal utility design, water resources or environmental engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for facility projects.
• Develop design solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling tools.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors.
• Support permitting and regulatory agency coordination.
• Assist with construction administration and field inquiries.
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute to project success.
• Apply QA/QC processes and engineering principles.
