Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree required.
• 5+ years civil design experience preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (Active) required.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of civil engineering in conceptual and detailed design.
• Develop design concepts, pricing, and proposal documents.
• Ensure design compliance with codes, standards, and client criteria.
• Produce stormwater, hydrology, and wastewater calculations and reports.
• Prepare construction documents and discipline specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and manage documentation.
• Support field operations, reviews, and responses to RFIs.
• Assist in scope definition, man-hour estimates, and schedule adherence.
