Job summary

Haskell seeks a Senior Engineer to lead municipal water and wastewater design projects in Oklahoma City. You will guide multi-discipline teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and build strong client relationships to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate has a civil/environmental/related engineering degree, 10+ years of water/wastewater experience, a PE license, and proven leadership, communication, and proposal development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering with a PE license and consulting background.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with CADD, project scheduling, and proposal development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinating multi-discipline teams and directing design of pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
• Building positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development efforts.
