Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Civil Design professional to work on site, stormwater, drainage, water/wastewater, and firing/training range projects. This role emphasizes design from concept through construction documents, with coordination across disciplines and a focus on codes and client criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) active status preferred.
• Experience with civil design and project coordination.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply civil engineering concepts for stormwater, drainage, water/wastewater, and site design.
• Develop design concepts, prepare pricing, proposals, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and manage permit requirements.
• Produce discipline drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Support field teams with construction document interpretation and RFI responses.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise interns as needed.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and scope control.
