Qualifications

• Experience with Heavy Civil projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews draft designs for compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Ensures firm policies and practices are followed on all designs.
• Performs site reviews to align designs with location specifications.
• Updates design requirements as necessary.
• Contributes to firm's knowledge base through white papers and technical documentation.
• Collaborates with sales staff to create proposals in response to client RFPs.
• Reviews draft proposals for adherence to regulations and best practices.
• Meets with current and potential clients to review design needs.
• Attends conferences to improve visibility of products and services.
