Responsibilities

Plan Review: Examine construction plans, specifications, and estimates for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Contract Oversight: Supervise preparation and assembly of contract documents and amendments.
Quality Control: Ensure PS&E submissions meet policies, requirements, and legal standards.
Schedule Coordination: Manage plan submissions, advertisement timelines, and letting activities.
Bid Support: Attend pre-bid meetings and review bid justifications and results.
Data Management: Maintain project data, cost estimates, and specifications in required systems.
