Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong client development, communication, and management skills are needed.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects and coordinate client communication.
• Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept through completion.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets, schedules, and deadlines, minimizing write-offs to keep projects on budget.
• Write reports and proposals—including feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports.
• Apply hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design, including SWPPP preparation and water-quality compliance.
• Collaborate with office leadership on growth plans and staff utilization.
• Perform other duties as requested.
