This role offers the chance to expand land development capabilities, drive innovative solutions from concept through completion, and deliver exceptional service to a broad range of clients including developers, institutions, and energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of local site/civil engineering experience in land development.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Strong client development and client management abilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Active participation in professional organizations.
• Experience in technical and proposal writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development to win new clients and maintain relationships.
• Lead cross‑functional team with executive backing.
• Oversee site/civil design from concept to completion.
• Coordinate design of residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Support proposals and client communications.
