Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 6+ years of site/civil land development experience.
• Valid Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Strong client development and communication skills.
• Experience with site layout, grading, drainage, and SWPPP design.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design and permitting of civil, land development and infrastructure projects; coordinate client communication.
• Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept through completion.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules; monitor timelines and minimize write-offs.
• Prepare and review reports, feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, and utility reports.
• Provide expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparation.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop growth plans and staff utilization.
• Perform other duties as requested.
